Founded in 1983, Thomas K. Fischer Builders/Developers is an award winning
builder and land developing firm. Specializing in residential building,
consulting, real estate management and land development.
Thomas K. Fischer Builders/Developers is a recipient of the Historic Architectural
Review Board Preservation Award given in 2006 from the Borough of Newtown, for
renovation work on an historic property in downtown Newtown.
Each project we undertake is carefully planned and executed. The design-build
process – from choosing the site or style for a renovation, working with the
architect or the architectural plans, preparing contracts, to the actual construction
– is a collaborative effort with a commitment to details and fine quality.
