Thomas K. Fischer purchased and developed this parcel of land, managed the wetlands, built a bridge to access this 10 acre parcel. Two sub-divisions were created, one being six acres the other a four acre lot.

Tinker Farms I (1991-1993)
Thomas K. Fischer Custom Builder and Developer, took this 25 acre parcel in 1991 and developed it into five separate five acre lots.

Tinker Farms II (1996-1997)
Tinker farms II is an impressive 15 acre sub-division. Divided into three, five acre lots, each lot holds it's own unique qualities. Thomas K. Fischer Builder and Developer, Inc. proudly executed all of the site work, managed the wetlands, engineered and installed a pond and fountain system. Two impressive multi-million dollar homes were built on two of the three lots. Tom renovated the existing house into an upscale property.
