Thomas K. Fischer has been actively involved as an apprentice, carpenter, builder, land developer and real estate consultant over the last 37 years.

His knowledge and expertise has been earned as a tradesman, through his experience and through his studies in design and psychology.

Thomas is an expert in residential building, restorations, renovations and new construction, as well as land development and land development planning.

Thomas's past success and future endeavors are founded in his ability to identify and create forms that are timeless, by marrying the old and the new, prioritizing both it's form and today’s true necessity for function and energy efficiency. These age old Form vs. Function ideas are at the very core of all residential projects, balanced by the financial investment needed to have a Home in all senses of the word.
